Will this class just be an hour of crunches?

Definitely not! Doing a million crunches actually doesn’t help your posture at all. We focus on planks, stability holds, and deep back extensions. It is all about training the muscles that wrap entirely around your middle, not just the front of your stomach.

I have terrible lower back pain. Is this going to hurt?

If you have a serious medical injury, definitely check with your doctor first. But for general, everyday achy backs from sitting too much, this is exactly what you need.
