Is the Fat Burn Cardio program tough on the knees?

No, it is highly adaptable. Protecting your joints is a big priority for us. Our instructors always show you ways to do the moves without jumping. You still get a great sweat going and burn off calories, just without putting all that hard impact on your joints.

Do I have to lift heavy to get results in Strength Training?

You definitely don’t need giant dumbbells to see your body change. We start off by using just your own body weight so you can learn the exact right way to move. Once you feel strong enough, we slowly mix in some light weights. This steady pace builds lean muscle naturally and gives you that firm look you are aiming for.

How fast will the Core & Posture program fix my slouching?

You will notice a change pretty fast. Making your stomach and back stronger naturally pulls your shoulders back to where they should be. People in our classes tell us all the time that they stop slouching over their keyboards after just a few weeks of training. Your frame simply adapts to holding a strong, tall stance automatically.

How is Functional Fitness better than regular gym machines?

Regular gym equipment usually locks you into a chair to work a single muscle. Functional workouts actually copy the stuff you do all day long—like bending over, twisting around, and picking up heavy items. It teaches your whole body to work together. Soon, hauling grocery bags from the car or chasing the kids around doesn’t wear you out at all.

How soon after giving birth can I sign up for Postnatal Fitness?

As soon as your doctor says it is okay! For most moms, that is right around the six-week mark. We take things incredibly slow at the start. Our big goal is just safely putting your core and pelvic floor back together. We want your return to working out to feel comforting and totally supportive.

Can Senior Fitness exercises help with my balance and prevent falls?

Yes, fixing your balance is a huge part of what we do here. We work on gentle, controlled exercises that make your legs and core much stronger. Getting that stability back makes you feel way more planted on your feet. You get your confidence back for walking around, which really cuts down the worry of slipping or falling.
