Prenatal Yoga Online – Safe, Gentle, Deeply Supportive

Pregnancy changes your body every week. So your yoga should too.

Our prenatal sessions are built around where you are right now — not a generic class, not a one-size plan. First trimester or third, first baby or fourth, you’re welcome here just as you are.

No pressure. No keeping up. Just safe, gentle movement and real pregnancy wellness support from someone who truly gets this stage.

Your Trimester-by-Trimester Pregnancy Yoga Program

No two trimesters feel the same, and honestly, no two pregnancies move at the same pace either. That’s why our approach to yoga during pregnancy keeps adapting along with you, instead of marching you through one fixed routine from week one all the way to week forty.
In your first trimester, we keep things gentle and grounding — movement that supports your energy and eases the nausea or fatigue that often shows up uninvited. We steer clear of deep twists and anything that puts strain on your abdomen.

By the second trimester, energy often starts coming back, so sessions build in a little more strength and mobility work — supporting your shifting centre of gravity and easing the aches that come with a growing belly.

In the third trimester, things shift toward comfort, breath, and preparation. We spend real time on pelvic floor strengthening, hip opening, and breathing for labor — helping your body and your mind feel a little more ready for what’s coming.

We never use a one-size-fits-all approach, because pregnancy simply doesn’t work that way. Every session adjusts as you progress, with constant attention to what’s safe for exactly where you are. This is really what separates guided pregnancy yoga from pressing play on a random video online — someone is actually watching how your body is changing, week after week, and adjusting things accordingly.

Safe Pregnancy Exercises for Every Stage

Pregnancy asks an enormous amount of your body — often quietly, often all at once, often without much warning. The right safe pregnancy exercises don’t just ease the discomfort that comes with that. They actively support your maternal health and help your body prepare for what’s ahead.

Back pain and sciatic relief

As your baby grows, your spine and pelvis shift to make room — and that shift often shows up as pain in your lower back or down your sciatic nerve. Gentle stretches and targeted poses ease that pressure, and most students notice relief within their very first few sessions.

Breathwork for labour preparation

Learning to breathe with real intention now is one of the most genuinely useful things you can do before delivery day arrives. The breathing for labor techniques we practise together become a core part of your childbirth preparation — something you can actually lean on when it matters most.

Emotional regulation and anxiety reduction

Pregnancy brings up a lot, sometimes all at once, sometimes for no obvious reason at all. Our sessions create genuine space to let your nervous system settle, easing anxiety and offering real pregnancy relaxation — not just for an hour, but in a way that carries into the rest of your week.

Pelvic floor awareness

A strong, well-understood pelvic floor supports your body now and your recovery after delivery. We build this slowly and consistently, session by session, as part of real, ongoing prenatal care — never rushed, never forced.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is it safe to do yoga during pregnancy?

Yes, for most pregnancies. We always tailor sessions to your trimester and health, and we’ll ask for medical clearance if there’s any complication.

What should I avoid in pregnancy yoga?

Deep twists, lying flat for long stretches, intense core work, and overstretching. We’ll guide you to safe alternatives the whole way through.

Can I join if I've never done yoga before?

Of course. Most students in our prenatal exercise classes are complete beginners, and every pose comes with simple modifications.

How is this different from a regular yoga class?

This one is sequenced trimester by trimester, with poses and pacing chosen specifically for your safety and comfort at each stage.

Do I need any equipment for online sessions?

Just a yoga mat and a small bit of space. We’ll talk you through everything else as we go.
